There is no fee for cancelling or rescheduling 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment.

There will be a $25 cancellation or reschedule fee if the appointment is canceled or rescheduled up to 2 hours before its scheduled time. The fee may be treated as a credit for rescheduled appointments and will be forfeited if the rescheduled appointment is later canceled.

If you cancel within two hours of your scheduled appointment or do not appear at the appointment you will be charged a cancellation fee of $25 as well as the travel fee to your specified location. Same-day appointments are subject to travel fees for cancellation within one hour of the scheduled appointment.

The notary will allow a 20-minute grace period if you are running late for your appointment. After 20 minutes you will be considered to be a "no-show". You will be charged the cancellation and travel fee.
